I am a Chelmsford based fully-qualified hypnotherapist and professional member of and governed by The National Hypnotherapy Society which means that any information you give me will be kept confidentially and will not be discussed with anyone else. You can be assured of my professionalism from the start.

I’m here to help.

I’m a very friendly, approachable person who will put you at ease from the moment we first meet. I have had many life experiences which I can use to empathise with you. I am a very open- minded, practical woman and have spent a lifetime helping others. My background is in the law, having working for international law firms in London and Essex for the last 20 years but I am also a mother, wife, sister, residential landlord and business woman.

There is nothing that you could say that I haven’t heard before and I don’t make any judgments – I am of the opinion that people need to walk a mile in someone else’s shoes before they have the right to judge that person. There is not much I haven’t heard, I’m totally unshockable, confidential, friendly and affordable.

I’m just here to help and want people to be happy.
